these new cards are power-hungry so i doubt AGP will bring them enough power

however, if they weren't, ati and nvidia will probably have AGP versions, seeing that the MSI k8n neo2 plat. is the best selling mobo for a long time (dunno if the dfi lanparty has beaten it..i highly doubt it)

most people have AGP versions and don't want to sacrifice their gfx card just b/c they're upgrading to a new cpu and mobo

The two boards in which you speak are in completely different categories dude.........Neo2 plat is an nforce3 socket 939 AGP board which DFI doesn't even have a board that fits into that category.....it's supposed to be due out late june, early july, it's the one I'm waiting for.

yea, lately Ive been looking at replacing my 9800 pro for a 6800 gt, but do you guys think I should wait beeing that when the next gen comes out the price on the 6800 gt might drop. And how much are these new cards gonna be anyways.
