ATI Driver Help

I need to install the new ATI Radeon 9700 Pro Drivers on my computer... Here is my problem:

In order to install the new drivers without getting conflicts I need to uninstall the old ones. When I uninstall the old drivers and reboot my comp to install the new ones Windows XP keeps reinstalling the old drivers....

How do I make it stop?

thats exactly my problem , it wont let me

it automatically installs the ATI drivers and doesnt give me a choice..

i dont know what to do
