I have an Asus laptop that I bought for $2,400 back in 2018. I recently got a new rig as a gift so I no longer need it.

Specs:
Intel Core i7-7700HQ
16GB Ram
256 GB SSD + 1TB Samsung SSD (I paid $200 for the Samsung SSD which was custom-added)
GTX 1080 Graphics Card

My heartfelt condolences to you if you have really paid so much for it. But personally I wouldn't buy it (the whole current set) even for $ 550 if it were brand new and in the factory package.
Sorry, don't be angry for a long time, but you've fallen victim of fraud.
It's a pity, but life is tough and it's getting tougher every day.
