if you got space for internal go for it...

if not the 3'rd seems better to me, but you only get like 470GB in it or something

About compatability, I'm not 100% Sure as I know of problems over the 300GB HDDs..

Thanks, I think I'll get that last external one, but maybe the 400gb version.
