Archive IMAP

I have a data of IMAP of approx 1TB which consist of mails, contacts, calendars and snapshots of my office employees. I have to archive all the data before 27th DEC. I need a professional way to archive those IMAP mails, contacts etc.

Recently I quit my job due to COVID and I take backup of mails and contacts to my cloud. I used an offline backup tool and I think the offline tools also helps to archive emails.
