I've recently purchased the Technician Training course from Apple's website and all I'm waiting for now is to book some holiday off from work so I can crack on with it!
Quite some time ago when I first started work in the IT Support Industry I quickly got my A+ and first MCP - one of the things I found a great help was a small A+ PC Technicians Pocket Book which contained just about all the technical hardware/software information a Technician needed.
Does such a concise technical book exist for Apple Mac's? I've got a couple of normal size books but I was looking for something pocket size specifically aimed at Technicians/Engineers so hopefully if one does exist someone here will be able to point me in the right direction.
