anyone here use alienware/ibuypower etc..

Does anyone here have experience ordering and using a computer from Alienware, ibuypower, or cyberpowerinc?

I will be ordering a highend computer from one of these companies, and i wish to have a computer that will work perfectly upon receiving it plus, have decent tech support. I have heard some bad things about all three, but if anyone did order from one of these, i would like to hear from you guys.

Also, if there is a better suggestion, please tell me. (besides building my own)
