The funniest part for me was that I had posted in another thread about the Pacman game still being available at google.com/pacman and here she is wanting to get rid of it.
I totally understand the tech's position and he did a good job of helping her with it. It was a good call in that she didn't throw a fit like some people would have. Still funny though.
