Nice bike, I have my self a Honda CR 125, not the fastest out of the lot, but still a hella fast bike. The thing screams, But I can only imagine how that 250 feels!

You will need to run a 4 gauge wire (red) from a positive lead under the hood (i usually hook it to where the battery comes into the relays), then you ground the amp to pretty much any big bolt in the trunk / back seat (black 4 guage wire).
The next step is running the low voltage signal wire and Red/white wires from the back of the Head unit. Hope you have a head unit with a pre-amp out. Then you connect those 4 wires (red from battery, black from ground, Red/White wires, and the low voltage signal wire to turn the amp on) to the amp, and the subs where they go.
If you get any basic amp wiring kit, it should have everything you need, just make sure it is at least a 4 or 2 gauge wire, since that is the size your amp requires.
