Don't buy it. Bodybuilders train EXCLUSIVELY WITH FREEWEIGHTS, ONLY. This means dumbells, barbells, and bars. The majority of them don't even use machines at the gym at all. If you're not looking to be a bodybuilder, fine, but getting a lean body with lots of muscle mass includes compound excercises.

I used to weigh around 200lb, maybe 20% body fat... now I'm around 160lb maybe 12% body fat. The way I did it was cardio 4x/week and lifting 4x/week. Now I'm on my bulking stage, to gain muscle mass.

Simply put -- go to the gym.

Thanks for the 1700 links. I am by no means small or weak. Im 6 Foot 195 lbs with body fat of 4%. Like I said my job requires me to be in shape. And I in no way want to be a body builder, building for mass in my job is pointless. We do lots and lots and lots of running, combat conditioning. But thanks for the info, looks like some pretty good links.

Well, regardless of your current physical build or your fitness goals, my advice still holds the same -- gym >>>> Bowflex.

Maybe the links that I posted up above might inspire some others, seeing that you're already in shape.

My post was to tell you that BIG TEXT IS OBNOXIOUS!! People tend not to read big text posts because they are normally lame.
