This place tells everyone it dont promote piracy but yet they promote the websites that do. Whats wrong with this picture?

Funny you should say that, I did a case study last year in my ethics class where I presented teh scanario of distrubuting illegal files vs. indexing them. Almost EVERY person in the class felt that ethically it was ok to INDEX the content as long as they didnt HOST it.. somethign like I dont have it but heres who does....

then the instructor tried to negate that and I looked him straight in teh eye adn asked him what he thought google did when he searched for illegal content
