that tool is rather nifty
as said, allowing HTML probably won't be allowed anytime soon, the reason being that it's too easy to abuse html tags to put in code that might make something happen that we all wouldn't want, (like load a pop-under window, or something like that, that might take you to a different site, that hosted malware, and infect your PC.)
and to add a bit more, nobody should let anyone that they just meet on a forum have access to their PC at all, sure, it's easier to just let someone else do something for you, but nobody has their credentials vetted, and just letting someone else take control of your computer could end badly.
