Any Cad Jockys? Import Hard copy to CAD?

Ok, here's the deal, I made a parking lot map for my high school at the end of my sophmore year, now, beginning of my sr. year, they want a couple changes made.
They lost the file...

I have a copy of the map on 8.5x11 paper. Can I somehow get this into CAD? maybe I could make do with photoshop and paint...
