Another Security Question

Hi (again)

So anyway my Mum/Mom got a new laptop and it comes with the latest Mcafee Internet Security 2009. Anyways I went ahead and downloaded spywareblaster & spybot search and destroy but now I'm thinking does she even need these? Won't Mcafee do a better job and the other two programs just take up resources? What do you think?

Since it's installed and running, McAfee Internet Security 2009 should do just fine. She's probably paid for it, so she might as well use it.

If I'm not mistaken, as long as Spywareblaster and Spybot S&D don't load at boot, they will not take up any resources.
