is a Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500M better than the NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE

ones in a laptop (GMA) while the other is in a desktop (GeForce).

^ Fanboy comment. I think the Intel 4500M may be a fair competitor to the 6150SE. The nVidia card is older, but Intel's graphics aren't designed for gaming.
