You go into BIOS, and change your FSB speed from...200 to 220. It depends on your RAM too. If you want to overclock it, you must loosen the timings. Or, you can go to your latency settings and change the clock setting from DDR400 to DDR433. This will let the FSB speed stay high while the memory is still clocked to default.

It also depends on how hot your 4400+ runs at default. It will maybe increase temps by 1C.
