AMD turion64 stability issues any?

I am going to buy a laptop.
Is AMD turion64 stable on windows,and it's apps.

are there any documented stability issues about it.

As far as mobile processors go...Intel is the way to go.

Agreed, as far as the Core Duo goes anyway. "Centrino" which is a Pentium M + free wireless card is not the way to go. Centrino Duo is, rather.

If you can, get the Core Duo, if you can't, go with AMD.
