AMD northbridge or NVIDIA?

For the chipsets, if you arent overclocking or if you are one of those guys that builds a computer, and enjoy and dont mess with anything, it seems like any will do fine, though some chipsets perform better than others and some will suggest the latest chipsets, but i dont really see and difference since all i pretty much do is build a computer and play games.
Dont bother asking people for opinions if all you are going to say are negative things. You should appreciate the people to put their time into helping you.
If you are going to keep being a fanboy, you might spend more than whats it worth.

They are not. Nvidia makes perfectly capable motherboard chipsets and video cards.
