Yes, only if you buy them "retail". That's the keyword. They will come with thermal pads on the bottom of the heatsink. The new heatsinks use copper heatpipes which are real good.

Z Zanjo In Runtime Messages 192 Jun 23, 2006 #6 So would the stock heatsink and thermal pads (Im buying a retail, no OEM) be enough to OC it by 200-300Mhz?

gurusan Golden Master Messages 6,562 Location Portland, OR Jun 23, 2006 #8 yup just monitor your temps. I'm using the stock HSF with some AS5 and it's OCd to 2.4 ghz and temps are just fine.

Z Zanjo In Runtime Messages 192 Jun 23, 2006 #9 I'd need to remove the thermal pad first to apply AS5 right?
TRDCorolla1 Golden Master Messages 12,592 Location California Jun 23, 2006 #10 Yes, that is correct. Please do not use more than one type of thermal compound on your CPU.
