all data in cd-rw erased w/o any reason

this afternoon i had copied something in to my udf fromatted disk and this late afternoon i tried to insert it and the udf reader doesnt detect it. other cds are detected by my drive instead of this one. whenever i try 2 insert it it is already labeled as cd instead of my assigned label and when i open it it is empty. it is already even in a cdfs format. i didnt reformat it but it seemed that all data were erased.i tried reinstalling the udf reader but it didnt worked either. pls help me.

In addtion there is usually a little check box that asks if you you should delete previous sessions.....

i'm using inCD udf reader and not nero. it enables me to drag and drop my file in the cd-rw disk and this software was also the one to format my cd-rw disk into a udf. im using an Aopen cdwriter. ive read some articles regarding cdrws and this problem was probably caused by low quality disks. could that be the problem? or is it my writer that has a problem?
