AGP 6800 512mb vs 7800 256mb

Eyy guys. I wanna get a new AGP card and i was loking at he 7800GS by MSI. its got 256 mb of memory. For the same price i can get a Gainward 512mb 6800. Which one would be the better long term investment to be able to play games such as Oblivion? or Ghost Recon?

I really am confuzed which to get, cos i want one soon, and 7800 wil take 2 weeks. I WANT IT NOW. lol
