after reinstalling windows

Hi, after having just reinstalled windows i have manged to get most of my drivers working again, but there is still two that i cannot get working,

Base System Device and
SM Bus Controller

I realise you will probably need to know more about the specs of this computer, as i am not sure what i will leave it until it is asked.

What specs...What computer...

512 ram
compaq laptop
ATI mobility radeon 9000 igp
Intel pentium 4 3.00 ghz
