affordable desktop

hi, i'm looking to get a prebuild computer that is within the $300- $400 price range. it is for my sister who i think will only be surfing the web and watching videos on it. she isn't looking to do anything too demanding on it. i have built computers before but i don't want to be held esponsible / bothered with fixing any problems that may occure, but if needed i have no problems buying a computer with low ram and just installing more ram into it. thanx.

If it was up to me, I wouldnt get an recertified or open box computers.

i suggest getting this then and downgrading it and upgrading it and put vista on it
