Advice on buying earbuds

My headphones connector stopped working for some reason, and because I don't want to spend more money on headphones, I decided to buy some cheap earbuds. I only have 6€ (and my mom won't give me more money because everytime I buy headphones, they brake), so I found 2 earbuds in a near tech shop that seem good for that lower price (or they're not good at all, I'm a noob at this). Here are the specs of each one:

1st
Speaker Driver Size: 10mm
Impedance: 23Ω
Sensitivity: 110dB
Frequency response: 20-20,000 Hz

2nd
Speaker Driver Size: 16mm
Impedance: 32Ω
Sensitivity: 105dB
Frequency response: 20-20KHz

Which ones are the best option?
Should I not buy them at all?
I also don't have a guarantee for my broke headphones =/

I've never heard of 23 ohm impedance for headphones. Pretty sure you have those numbers backwards.

Honestly they're both pretty much the same earbuds. Either you're not going to hear enough of a difference, especially for $10.
