Advice on an video card with either s-video or video-out.

What's goin' on?

The question i've been contemplating on my machine is : what is the least expensive, but most durable for the money, video card that has S-video out or Video out that I could plug into a VCR with. Mind you that my budget for this expansion will be about 100-200 dollars optimistically.

What I'm hoping to do is to put a powerpoint presentation on VHS that has a video for my grandparents. Adding another video card, my dad and I decided, would be the best way to approach this task.

Most cards today ship with TV-out functionality.

Look to modern cards such as the GeForce3 Ti 200 and the Radeon 8500 LE, which are less than $100 now, and this article should help.

BTW, you gotta replace your video card, unless you have an AGP and PCI card setup for say, dual-monitor functionality.
