Ok folks here's the dillema I've been facing lately. I have been working on my own machine for the last couple of days to try and figure out why Advanced Power Management won't let me do anything other than restart or shutdown. It will lock up if I either let it suspend or if i try the hibernate feature for a quick "Oh crap its lightening out" shutdown
.
It would do this with my old HDD. I've checked everything in Device manager to see whats up, and everything except for my scanner is signed digitally by "Microsoft XP publisher".
Is there a registry hack i can do to get around it?
