Admin Rights Preventing Flash

Any way to get around this at school? All the other computers are fine in the lab, but this one needs a Flash update. Can't do it because of Admin rights, and apparently IT is backed up for three hours.

Any suggestions?

Take the install in on a flash drive or use jogas many industrious little hacks
