I'm running Windows XP Home and have added a shortcut to My Computer to my Start Menu by dragging it from my desktop. The shortcut on the Start Menu expands just fine, but if I ever try to to right-click and open a folder from it, it refuses to do so. Sometimes when I try to do this my explorer process shoots up to 99 percent CPU usage as well and I'm forced to restart my computer. Anyone have any idea how to make this work? Thanks!

You can add that to your start menu by right clicking on the task bar and selecting properties. all settings for your start menu can be found there. I believe that the particular setting you are looking for is located in one of the 'advanced' menus. I don't have a task bar at the moment, so I can't help you. ^_^ sorry!
