Acer Copmputers - Opinions Please

Hello All, New to this forum, and I have a Newbie Question. Need a New Computer, and I am Looking at an Acer # AM3910-E3512. Has everything I want, but have been told, Don't Buy Acer. Not sure Why, So any info from you folks would be helpful. Is it just people who have a preference, bad experience in the past, or whatever.

Acers are fine systems for people who are on a budget. The model you linked would work fine.
