Access Password?

Guy's I have A P4 computer. I have Win XP SP.2 in it. But there is a problem, I assigned a password for administrator account but I have forgot it. Can any body help me to retrive it, I can not format my PC because I have some important data in my Cdrive).

As long as the drive isn't encrypted then you can easily get your data - fire up a livecd / dvd version of linux and copy it across (knoppix would be ideal) or simply pop the drive in another computer and grab the data you need
