Access Mac Hard Disk from PC?

Do have any idea on doing this?

i just need to transfer some mp3s and a Microsoft Access file in Virtual PC 5.0 for Mac's disk image ...

ive heard of ppl using appletalk to work it out never done it myself

actually ... my Mac wasn't with me ... just HD ...

anyway, i'd found the solution using MacDrive and VPC for Windows from another guy ...
