About them Wireless cards...

I just got a new Linksys Wireless-G Notebook Adapter. I think I set everything to auto. If there is a wireless network around, will it automatically pick it up, or do I need to channel it myself? If picking it up automatically works, is channeling faster, or stronger er....?

I think you need to channel it in your self but I not sure

At least change your SID so that you arent broadcasting your network to everyone in the neighborhood.
