Abit Fatal1ty 939 Start Problem

Alright i have the Abit Fatl1ty 939 mobo and for the longest time i have to hit my CMOS button and depress it and start it and in teh middle of startup i have to push it in agian untill it says 800mhz then restart it and it starts up. Usualy on the 4th try. THen i have to reset my Bios clock. I dont know what the problem is at first i thought it to be a simple Batterie problem but i purchased a new one and its not working. any ideas? Computer specs in sig.

How about reseting the whole CMOS by the jumper? I think it is like having issues.
