Is Scythe Ninja a model of a heatsink? Just want to ask if it will fit in a socket LGA775?

It'll fit you'r socket

It's generaly a 'passive' solution for a cpu cooling as it doesn't require a fan on defaults, however in most cases it will come with a fan to put on it, but the fan is just an option not a must.

BTW I Suggest measure the dimensions in you'r case, the scythe ninja is even bigger than the Zalman 7700Cu
