A silly question but.....

If I log off as user, and it says that my program is still running will it still continue to download?

I have never had more then one account on the computer, fiercely protective of it, but I have set a second account for mates to use if I am not around, I want to log on but am downloading a torrent or two right now...

Yes, I do that all the time with torrents so no one tries to use the computer and close my download.

yea it will all be fine... well on mine i use wireless alot and when i switch to another account is fine but then when i go back to my main one the wireless disconnects. quite annoying

fast user switching leaves all the programs in an active state, so yes downloads will continue.

also if you're signed into messener or anythign like that that'll all continue as well.
