a question about an ASUS video card

I have had my lovely 7300LameEdition for a little over a year now, and there is something i have always wondered, and google did not answer for me. i know its a really noobish question, but oh well. What is the "Asus Enhanched Display Driver Helper Service"? is it of any importance, like will it make my games run faster, or is it just another bs driver/service that will slow the pc down?

Not a clue. And why the yellow exclamation? I've never heard of it before.

I assume this is from Installing Asus' drivers? I'd just as soon uninstall those and go with Nvidia's reference drivers. Faster anyways.
