Hands down, dreamweaver is the best. i make all my websites i do for companys with it. you need to know html but as for css im not a big fan i dont know i just like doing things the old school way i guess, but you dont need to know it to make a good site if your a beginer. plus dreamweaver creates a basic css file for you which you dont even need to edit.
yeah but front page is like a tyco truck compared to a mack truck with dreamweaver. its worth learning and its not hard at all to learn. hard as **** if you stare at it tho. its also better then front page is the sense that it will auto fill the html tags for you so you dont have to know the exect tag.
also name on thing microsoft has done that hasnt be half *ssed. front page will come out like a geocities web page so its not even worth installing the software.
