xfx has a lifetime warranty, even if u oc. Basically some factory overclock, and some have better warrenties. Just like at the stats and read the warranties.

If you are planning on overclocking yourslef and arent in a rush, no.
If you arent planning on overclocking have money, want a new pc sooner rather than later, yes.

The only differences you will see between cards are clock speeds, warranties, and color/heatsink/fan variations. EVGA also has a lifetime warranty even if the stock cooler is replaced, as long as there is not damage from cooler/waterblock installation.
