Why don't ppl buy 2 6600GT's and use them in SLI, instead of 1 6800GT or ultra?? 2x6600GT's cost $340, that's even cheaper than the 6800GT, and they perform just like a 6800 Ultra, which costs $500...
hmm, but toghether they have 16 pipes and 2GHZ mem clock, 1GHZ Core... and they are under lighter load since they only render half the screen... i dunno for sure, just a though... :/
Well first off it isnt 16, its 8x2 and nothing even uses that as it is, if your gonna spend 340 spend 350 and get a 6800GT. They perforum better then Ultras for the most part and cost less.
