The Federal bank of America is a private company that is governmentally regulated. Don't you think the heads of it commit fraud on a daily basis. Stock markets been corrupt since the begining there are always ppl in the know who share the info with other hedgefunds and thus a company goes bankrupt over night then next week gets heavily invested in when the stocks are low.
