465 cooling mod

Is the base of the H50 big enough to fully cover the 465? I haven't taken apart a 465 but the GTX 260/280's I've taken apart were quite a bit bigger than my 2500k.
 
Lazy botch.. But you do need tools, but it did look pro though.
Well if I wanted to spend the money to invest in a Dremel, metal, the bits needed (don't forget the broken ones needing to be replaced) all for one project that is supposed to be cheap then I might as well buy a 470 full cover water block and add it to my loop so my CPU can be cool too.

I wanted to do this as a cheap solution to this heat problem I'm having and just use a stock cooler on my CPU.
