4 monitors with a twist

hi this might seem a stupid question but i would like to know if it would be possible to have 3 monitors using eyefinety for gaming and one seperate touchscreen monitor showing the desktop

Might be possible if you run a second card just for the touch screen.

thats the problem the motherboard on pc i will be getting only has one pci-e x16 slot but the graphics card will probably have 2 dvi one dual link and hdmi or 2 dp with dp to dvi adapters and thanks

The board supports 3 PCI-E x16 ports. A little overkill and it's pricey but if you want to support 4 monitors it can definatly handle it.

Sure, but that board doesnt come with the computer he's getting, so its not really that usesful.
