we barely ever use the black water but it fills up and the red light comes on. same with grey tank. i removed the screws to the sensor and cleaned them but two days later same issue. is this a 3 gallon tank (lol) or do i need to do something else. the green and yellow lights work when we drain but only to the 2/3 level. rookie looking for help
