2 computer probs

ok when i am playing games on my comp i leave a asus probe running in the background to make sure nothing is going wrong.but now i started playing games and i hear a beeping from the asus probe i shrink the game and the +3.3v level has droped to about +2.9V.i don't know how to fix this and i also my monitor will go into powersave mode sometimes when i am playing a game.i don't know if these two probs are linked together but im sure they are.and noting in overheating.

i also installed a new bfg 6800 video card on my comp but i don't think that is affecting it at all.and now sometimes if will show the windows loading screen and between that and the welcome screen it goes into power save mode.some one plz help
