0.99 of Ram?

Does this picture mean I have 1gig of ram? I thought Windows would round up, I'd rather have it say I have 1gig not 0.99...

That's a first. I've never seen that before. It should say 1.00 GB if you do have that much.

Try using CPU-Z, that will tell you exactly what you have.
 
The rest will be used in your GPU - Shared Graphics somtimes passivley uses the ram, or some cards are allocated X amount of ram.... If that makes sense.
 
I have scaned my rig on Xfire and it says I have 1014 gigs of ram which is a GIG but I don't know why windows would say 0.99.... <_< LOL
 
Because your graphics adapter is using the rest. 1GB = 1024MB. The 10MB or ram is being used by your graphics card.
