Best of luck to you. I gave up the habit about 4 months ago. It's been rough for me but I had no choice but to quit cause I was very sick I think this time I'll be able to stick with it.

All I can say is good luck to ya man - took my grandmother almost ages to quit - she smoked all the time when I was a lad, but now she is able to live freely outside of the hospital.
