    Yeah. I splurged on this one. I'm not a big Samsung fan. My carrier instituted a whitelist which really ticked me off as I prefer non-mainline phones (at least not mainline US) like Xiaomi. At least this phone should last me a good bit before the upgrade bug bites again.

    I smoked a chuck roast yesterday and did it like you would a brisket; we had no leftovers. In fact my wife and her mom said I should have smoked the other one as well (got a two pack at Sam's).     Smoked a pork butt for pulled pork today. I put on a few cajun brats with it to start, smoked it for six hours and then wrapped for two. The second pic is after I let it rest for an hour but before I pulled it. It didn't even need sauce.
