I'm honestly torn between getting the game for the base xbone or on steam lol. I'm still rocking a gtx 1050 so I doubt id be even able to hit a stable 30 fps at 720p on minimum lol. I do have GeForce Now but that s*** artifacts like crazyy

It doesnt need admin privileges and can even close apps that give the 'access denied' message on task manager.

Its quite strange that you've settled on one specific GPU, it would be better if you'd be open to similarly priced/powerful cards so you can get a better deal as with many of these old cards, its hard to find many listings online. For example, r7 250/250x cards are around as good as the card...

Have you tried turning down the mouse sensitivity (in windows and in-game)?
Have you tried plugging your mouse in different USB ports?
Have you tried using a PS/2 mouse ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ?
Just tried it. It doesn't seem to make much of a difference really. The down speed is slightly higher but probably within a margin of error.
Edit: so, restarting the router doesn't make a difference.
