What Fade2black is trying to say I think is that the mobo only has room for 2 DDR2 and 2 DDR memory sticks, therefore if he wants to get more DDR ram he either has to get 2x1GB or get new board. Did I get it right?

eVga rocks, and stuff like this happens. I got a faulty psu from OCZ and i don't complain, only bad thing is waiting. I know how that feels :/ I share your pain.

It says 1046960 for total, and when running a demanding memory game for available i get 161000.

I just wonder if that 1GB of extra memory is even being used, if not then I might as well take it out and put it in my old computer. That woudl suck because I purposely bought it for this comp. :/

Yeah, i changed command rate to 2T otherwise it wouldn't boot. Now my computer doesnt seem to be detecting that extra GB, However, in Everest you see 4 sticks of 512. Its pretty strange.

Why 1GB stick over 2x512? Doesn't dual channel perform better than single stick?

It seems like a very solid system, what about the video card? And i haven't heard about the PSU brand, I can't tell if its really reliable or not. Personally I would go for something from Antec or OCZ for basically the same price. Otherwise Its a really good system, I love that cpu :)

Ok this is how it is. OCZ runs @ 2.8V and Patriot runs @ 2.6V. I tried doing what is above and unfortunatelly, first boot i got a long beep, second beep i didn't get a beep at all. And I was so happy at having 2GB of RAM. ;/ EDIT: OK. I moved the voltage to 2.8V and put in both RAMs and the...

OK, ill try that. Personaly I hate playing with voltage, but if turns out to be the only option I'm not going to have a choice. Ill try puttin in OCZ and changing tRCD to 3 and turn off, put patriot in and try running it again. Will see if that helps, nontheless I really appreciate your help...

so should i set tRCD to 2 in bios and try restarting?

Is there a way to sort of "combine" them two? Or there is no way both will work together? BTW: I can't find Command Rate in Bios :/
