Ok, I'll do my best to explain since I'm not to computer savy. After I start up my laptop, several windows pop up one on top of the other, stating in this order, "HSDemo has stopped working".."VAIO Center Access Bar has stopped working"..WD SmartWare has stopped working"..Printer Card Transfer...

Did you try the WLAN slide switch on the front? Also fuction/F2 is supposed to mute (hence the crossed out speaker pic on the F2 key). I should have said. is the WLAN slide switch "on"?

I like the idea. I'd get it for my work truck, more or less to recover the contents (tools and such) then the van itself.
